Our aim is to provide all users – regardless of technical aids or physical limitations – with the easiest possible access to our information.

Current status of accessibility

An internal audit in July 2025 found that the website is largely accessible. However, there are still a few areas that may not be fully accessible:
– Images with no relevance to the content (e.g. decorative elements) are sometimes included without alternative text so as not to misleadingly burden screen readers with redundant information.
– Individual fonts that are part of the corporate design do not always meet the highest standards in terms of contrast and legibility.
– External content, such as embedded maps or booking platforms, is beyond our control. No guarantee can be given for their accessibility.
